Easy 7 day returns
We want to you to be completely satisfied and in love with your purchase! If you happen to change your mind, you may organise to return your item/s within 7 days of receipt of your order for a refund, exchange or credit note (minus any shipping costs incurred in sending your order out to you, capped at max $80 for Australian orders) provided that your items are returned in original condition with proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For rug purchases, if you decide the rug isn't right for your space, it's really important that you do not use it during the return period, and that you ensure it's not damaged or soiled. Please ensure that you've carefully measured your space to make sure the rug will fit prior to placing your order. Feel free to try it in your home, however please roll it back up after you're finished having a good look and have a sense for how it works in your space. We can't accept a rug for return if it is soiled, used, damaged or has been cleaned. Please pack your rug back up into it's original packaging, and contact us to organise a return within 7 days.

If you would like to organise a return, please email us at strictly within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a confirmation email with details for shipping your rug back. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and the item/s must be returned via a tracked shipping method. All items are the responsibility of the customer until safely received back, so especially for any rug returns, we recommend insuring your parcel for peace of mind.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (strictly same day), including photos, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any shipping costs incurred in sending your order out to you if it's a change of mind return). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
